Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — which include digital products and custom website development — all sales are considered final once work has begun. This policy is in place to protect the value of our time, design work, and licensing commitments.

1. General Refund Terms

  • No refunds are offered once customization or development work has started.
  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase only if no work has begun.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You changed your mind after the project has started
  • You misunderstood the service or expected something different
  • You’re dissatisfied with the design after revision rounds (as agreed)
  • You are unable to provide required content or hosting access
  • There are issues with your own hosting provider, domain, or third-party tools

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be offered under the following exceptional conditions:

  • The product or service was not delivered
  • The final product does not match what was explicitly described on the sales page, and the issue cannot be resolved with support

4. Delivery Issues

If your product or website was not delivered as promised, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue as a priority. If resolution fails, we may approve a refund at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks are considered a breach of our Terms and may result in account cancellation and legal claims. All digital licenses and usage rights will be revoked immediately.

6. Support Resolution Before Refund

If you encounter a technical issue, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it before considering a refund. This includes installation help, bug fixes, or minor adjustments as needed within scope.
