With us, you’re not just getting a theme — you’re getting a fully built, customized website tailored to your business. We handle the setup, structure, styling, and content integration for you.
You don’t need to touch any code or design tools — we deliver a finished website that’s ready to go live.
Can I see a live demo before buying?
Yes! Every website we offer includes a live demo that shows the default layout, design, and features. This allows you to preview exactly what you’re purchasing before placing an order.
The final result will vary depending on the level of customization you choose — such as changes to colors, branding, content, or layout. The live demo represents the design foundation; your delivered website will be tailored to fit your business needs.

Are the websites ready to use right away?
Yes. Once you place your order and submit your content, we begin customizing the website for your brand. After it’s completed, your website will be ready to go live — no technical setup or installation needed on your side.

Do you customize the template for me?
Yes. Every website is customized for your business based on the package you choose.
We offer different levels of customization — from basic updates like adding your logo and brand colors, to full personalization of content, layout, and features.
You’ll receive a final website tailored to your brand, ready to launch without you needing to build anything yourself.

How long does customization take?
Delivery time depends on the customization package you choose:
Basic – 2 to 3 business days
Standard – 5 to 7 business days
Premium – 7 to 10 business days
We’ll confirm your exact delivery timeline after receiving your content and order details. Delays caused by missing content or feedback may affect the final delivery date — but we’ll always keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can upgrade your customization package at any time by paying the difference in cost. Whether you want to add more content, change the layout, or request additional features, we’re happy to adjust the scope to match your needs.
Content & Branding
Can I provide my own content?
Yes. After ordering, we’ll guide you through a step-by-step form where you can upload your logo, text, images, and brand colors to personalize your website.
I don’t have content yet. Can you use demo content?
Yes. We can build your website using temporary placeholder text and royalty-free images until you’re ready to provide your own content. You can update the content yourself later or request updates through our optional maintenance plan.
Note: We do not reuse or distribute licensed content from template sources.
Can I get help writing my content?
Absolutely. We offer professional copywriting services for core pages like Home, About, Services, and more. This can be added as an extra service depending on your package or needs.
Do you offer logo design?
Yes. We offer custom logo design as an optional service, and it may be included in some of our website packages. If you’d like a modern, brand-aligned logo as part of your project, feel free to check out our Services page for more details and examples.
Can I use my website in another language?
Yes. If you provide your content in another language, we can customize the site accordingly.
For a multilingual website (with language switching), you can add our Multilanguage Pack during checkout.
It includes translation setup using WPML or Polylang, a language switcher in the header/footer, and basic multilingual SEO
Tech & Hosting
Do I need to buy hosting and a domain?
If you already have hosting and a domain, we’ll work with your existing setup.
If not, we offer reliable hosting and domain registration as optional add-ons — and we’ll handle the full setup for you if selected during checkout.
Can you install the site on my existing hosting?
Yes, as long as your hosting meets standard WordPress requirements (PHP, MySQL, etc.). We’ll ask for your login credentials (such as cPanel or WordPress admin access) once your order is confirmed.
Do I need any technical skills?
Not at all. Our service is completely done-for-you. You don’t need to install anything or touch any code.
After delivery, you’ll have full access to your website along with a guide to help you manage it confidently.
Is the website mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?
Yes. All websites are fully responsive (mobile-optimized) and built following modern SEO best practices — including clean code, fast loading, and proper structure for search engine indexing.
Do you set up business email addresses?
Yes. We can assist in setting up professional email addresses using your domain (like [email protected]) through third-party email services such as Zoho Mail or Google Workspace. This is available as an optional service.
Website Ownership & Support
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. After delivery, you’ll have full access to your website dashboard with a visual editor, so you can easily update text, images, and content without coding skills.
We also provide a simple guide to help you make basic edits yourself.
Note: Advanced design or structural changes may require professional assistance.
Will my website be 100% mine after delivery?
Yes — you’ll have full access to your WordPress admin, site files, and hosting account (if using your own or one provided through us).
However, please note that certain tools and assets used to build the website (such as licensed templates or plugins) remain under a commercial-use license and cannot be resold, extracted, or reused outside your delivered website.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to submit your content, brand assets, and (if applicable) hosting access.
We’ll begin work as soon as we have everything we need. You’ll be kept informed throughout the process.
How do I send you my content?
You’ll be given access to a secure submission form where you can upload your logo, text, images, brand colors, and notes.
If you need help organizing your content, our team is here to guide you through the process.
After Delivery & Maintenance
Can I make changes after the site is delivered?
Yes. Each package includes a specific number of post-delivery edits (such as design adjustments or small content changes).
For ongoing updates beyond your package, we recommend adding our Website Care Plan for continuous support, maintenance, and peace of mind.
What counts as a minor revision?
Revisions typically include:
Color or font adjustments
Replacing text or images
Spacing and alignment fixes
Not included:
Full layout changes
Redesigns or template switches
New pages or major structural edits
Copywriting or SEO overhauls

Will I get to preview the website before it goes live?

Your website only goes live once you give us the green light.

Orders, Payments & Policies
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose the website design that fits your business, select your preferred customization package, and proceed to checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions to submit your content and project details — and we’ll handle the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — under limited conditions. If no customization work has started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Once work begins, all sales are final due to the time, design, and licensing involved.
